To ensure the safe and successful delivery of certain items, particularly large or special handling items like Reformer beds, customers are required to complete a prerequisite form prior to dispatch. This form will confirm delivery details, accessibility, and any specific requirements needed to facilitate your delivery.
Completion Requirement: The prerequisite form must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order. Failure to complete the form may result in delays in processing and delivering your order.
3. Delivery Options and Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after form completion.
Express Delivery: Available for selected items, with delivery within 1-2 business days after form completion.
Special Handling Items (Beds and Large Accessories): Delivery may take 7-10 business days. Our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time once the prerequisite form is completed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or logistical challenges.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on your location, the size, and the weight of the order. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
