We accept international returns under the same conditions as UK orders, with a slightly extended timeframe:

   • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Exclusions:

   • Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

   • Items sold as part of clearance or final sale are non-returnable unless faulty.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Exchanges will be processed within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@reformerpilates.com with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
