At ReformerPilates.com, our mission is ambitious: to build a global community hub that connects Reformer Pilates enthusiasts, instructors, and studios from every corner of the world.
To achieve this, we’re putting together a team of dedicated professionals who bring passion, expertise, and innovation to the table. Currently, we have a strong core team of nine talented individuals, and as we ramp up to our official launch, we’re set to double our numbers to meet the demands of a rapidly growing platform. Here’s a glimpse into our team-building strategy and some of the exciting roles we’re looking to fill.
Building the Foundation
Our current team has laid a robust foundation, covering essential areas like strategy, marketing, operations, community engagement, and technical support. With team members who specialise in building community platforms, crafting content, and developing strategic partnerships, we’re positioned to deliver a compelling, user-centred experience. Every team member brings unique skills and insights that are essential to creating a vibrant and engaging community for Reformer Pilates lovers worldwide.
Expanding Our Expertise
To ensure we can deliver on our vision, we’re now actively expanding across several key areas:
Marketing: We’re assembling a team of dynamic marketers to increase brand visibility, attract new users, and drive engagement across all channels. Our marketing efforts will cover everything from social media and influencer partnerships to content marketing and SEO. We’re also building out a TikTok strategy and engaging with micro-influencers to make our platform the go-to space for Reformer Pilates enthusiasts everywhere.
Operations: As the backbone of our organisation, our operations team ensures that everything runs smoothly, from platform logistics to managing partnerships and customer support. This team will be instrumental in scaling our processes as we grow and adapt to the needs of our expanding community.
Sales: We’re building a sales team that will work closely with studios, physiotherapists, sports clubs, and workplaces to bring them onto our platform. This team will play a critical role in securing business partnerships and creating valuable connections that enhance the user experience for our community.
Content Creation for Instructors: We recognise the immense value that knowledgeable instructors bring to the Reformer Pilates community. Our platform will provide opportunities for instructors to showcase their expertise through articles, video courses, and workout guides. We’re excited to bring on talented Reformer Pilates instructors who can contribute valuable content and establish themselves as thought leaders in the space.
