This course is designed for complete beginners or those looking to refresh their foundational Reformer Pilates skills. Jemma guides you step-by-step through each exercise, ensuring you build confidence and strength at your own pace.

You’ll need access to a Pilates Reformer machine. (*we sell some amazing machines in the store). Comfortable workout clothing and grip socks are also recommended for safety and stability during exercises.

Each lesson is approximately 35-40 minutes, providing enough time to cover key exercises while maintaining focus and energy.
